Peppe has exceeded our expectations, by giving us our options in a clear and concise way (drawn up on a white board!) so we could understand our options. He even had his assistant run down to the car and feed the meter! I also now use Glenn and the team from financial planning as my financial advisors.
Used their home loan broker service. Worst service I have ever received. Broker left the company (not sure why) before the ink was even dry on the contract. I wasn't informed that the broker had left until there was a problem with the settlement.
