Great idea, but your male staff are pretty terrible, they immediately put me off even buying tickets after about 10 seconds of talking to them. Missed sales opportunities due to poor customer engagement is a simple fix, either train them to be more engaging or hire people who have a modicum of communication and sales skills. Having checked your other reviews, this appears to be a common theme, being that your staff are critical to the success of this venture, I would seriously review the type of people you want to represent your business for longevity purposes. Might check you out in the future, but a hard pass today.
Great family day out. Adults and children, Beginners to Advanced lines. Training at start for newcomers. 2 hour session not enough to do all tracks completely. Book online easily. Can recommend the Tarzan Swing and Zip Lines even if scared of heights. Lockers at kiosk for bags and water bottles. Small selection of food and drinks available to buy. Would do it all over again and again.
Need more staff on the actual climb to assist kids forward. I stood there as a parent in a scrum of other parents under the track to coach their panicking 3-4 yr old kids through. They let kids through that didn't pass the trial track who ended holding the other kids up.Best they had was a staff member in the same scrum trying to coach as well. Great facilities, but a bit too ambitious for under 4 yr olds I'd say
Awesome fun for all ages. A well run business and a great thing to have in the heart of Adelaide. The staff were very professional but also engaged, conversational and caring. Highly recommended.
Absolutely bloody loved it. Thrills, spills, everything that you touch moves. Highly, highly recommended.Got four different courses starting from green (Beginners), through to blue then red then black which is as hard as it gets.$39 for adults and $29 for kids (separate kids course)
