Terrible service waited ages. Guys on iPads simply standing around rather than quickly helping and resolving an issue. Would rate a tooth canel as a more pleasant experience.
Ill start with the positives.. there is a great range of products, the technology is amazing (no long lineups to buy anything), great one on one service once you have someone to help you, and the store layout is great. However, I found the major negative outweighs all the positives. This was the lack of staff available for helping. They have a system where you go to a staff member and say you need some help.. they put you on a list and write down your name and where youre standing. Then you have to wait for one of the customer service staff to be available. Meanwhile about 50% of other staff are standing around talking or with nothing to do. Surely there must be a more efficient way, so that staff arent standing around doing nothing, and customers also arent standing around waiting for someone to serve them.

Will find any reason to charge extra for repairs. They acted like a tiny screen crack required an additional screen replacement ontop of the battery replacement.A third party repairer found the screen crack had no impact on its removal for repairs. Absolutely atrocious corporate money grubs.
