I am quiet blown away with customer service of one of the VFS Adelaide staff Gurpreet. She is extra extra helpful and went an extra mile to help us get our daughters OCI application process. She was like a god sent for us as we were very close to our travel dates and were struggling to get our daughters OCI application approved, she called someone from her personal phone and made everything possible. I met this gentleman Travis at Adelaide VFS office. He was very helpful in doing my initial process for OCI application. I happend to meet him again for my spouse's OCI application, I appriciate his sincere effort in fulfilling my application which had somany errors.
