I bought 2 stools online, completed the payment and was told the shipping company would contact me with delivery info. A week goes by and nothing so I go in store and buy the stools, call them up to cancel my order. When I called to ask for a refund, the lady I spoke to said that it had not been shipped yet and it would all be a simple process. Furthermore I had not received an email to alert me that my goods had been shipped (as stated would happen in the original order emails went to me straight after I paid online), so they hadnt been shipped yet. Then a week later I got a call from the shipping company, I explained to them that I had cancelled the order and still had not received refund. It appears that the lady did not follow through with the refund when I first called. I phoned again and got a refund for the stools but not for the shipping fees, even though if the lady had organised it all straight away, they would not have been sent and I would have received a refund for shipping too. I have sent an email explaining all of this and nobody has contacted me. Very disappointed with the customer service and will not be shopping here again nor recommending to anyone else.
