Came to pick up a special wine, didn't want to serve, asked for ID then refered to the BWS down the street actually found some specials there.

Tried to ring the store 3 times on a Sunday morning at 11:30am with no answer. Resorted to driving there with my 20-year-old daughter and was threatened with no service after it took my daughter more than three seconds to find her ID. Couldn't agree more with the Google reviews below, least helpful and unfriendly service I have ever encountered. Will not be returning.

The woman who serves there always seems to be in the foulest of bad moods. Very unfriendly.

Order placed online for available items took a month and a half to be delivered. After stock issues and one item finally not available and so refunded, the order was blocked for a full month. Very disappointed with the customer service, as I had to chase them, no help was given at all by e-mails. No answers, no solutions, no apologies for the delay and no gesture of good will. Would definitely not recommend to order on their online website.
