I get that they are promoting the self ordering system but sometimes (rarely) you just need to order at the counter.I stood there for a good 23 minutes without even being acknowledged whilst staff run back and forth completing orders. After asking staff if they were taking orders, the girl just responded with um yeah hold onSo the queue behind me was growing. And stood there for another 10 minutes so I walked out. Wont be coming back to this branch
This Mc Donalds has a good indoor and outdoor dining area and the food is how you would expect it to be. The parking costs money, but that could be excused given its city location. The air conditioner on a hot day I found to be very weak and not much better than sitting in the outside area.
I went there with my 14 month baby, after I ordered my food, just asked them to warm up babys food in the microwave for 30 seconds. They refused to do that! It was first time that this happened to me. In all other McDonald branches, and other restaurants they happily do it for you.
Visited with my son today. I thought that going up to McDonald's on west terrace would give me somewhere to take my severely autistic teenager while his brother had an appointment in the city. I thought I would also save on city car parking. When I pulled in to the car park, I noticed that there was paid car parking. To me, it looked like the Eastern end of the carpark was paid parking. I proceeded to the car parks near the restaurant entrance that had large Ms on them. I thought this would be safe as they were customer car parks. I was so occupied watching my autistic son, who needs constant supervision, that I missed the sign about car parking, which said in small writing that a car parking ticket needs to be displayed. I never even thought about it as i was busy watching my son and I've never had to pay for parking or display a ticket at a McDonald's before! I was only in the store briefly. When I arrived back at my car there was a $77 fine for not displaying my ticket! What? In McDonald's customer parking. Pretty disgusting way to treat your customers! I certainly wouldn't be returning to this McDonald's and I will be informing and warning others not to visit.
Nice and I went there with my first love. We spent having breakfast and lunch there. This is our first place to have breakfast after few weeks greeting know each other. Babe Craig, I will celebrate your birthday there at your golden year. Thank u Mc Donald
