Grace loaded the truck on Gold Coast & staff couldn't have been better. They took great care & effort. Can't say the same for the storage at Edinburgh SA!!! A waste of time placing "fragile" stickers on the boxes....many were bent & delivered upside down. Numerous dents & scratches on valuable timber furniture. Glad I took out insurance - not with them though....they wanted $2500+ but got the same online for $850. Only gave them 3 stars because of the Gold Coast team...Adelaide would have got 1 star even though the team who delivered the goods were friendly & efficient. Whoever stored the items in Edinburgh SA & loaded the truck for delivery should be sacked!!
I was extremely happy with Grace service prior to my move, the professionalism of the removalist crews and the care taken with my possessions and preparedness to accommodate my needs, making this a relatively stress free experience. The quote was also very reasonable.
The Grace team is Perth are great, Adelaide are just woeful. My brand new fridge was trashed in transit which they admitted but refused to do anything about it. Didn't even receive a follow-up they just totally ignored it. Really appalling behaviour.
