Beautiful expanse between the city and the suburbs with playing fields for various sports and hobbies, manicured gardens and bushland.
Good time pass with physical excercise
These parklands are part of Adelaide's charm and circle most of the city. Being a local I have used them extensively for chilling out or riding my bike through. Plenty of trees and grassed areas for relaxing and BBQ facilities for family lunches. Don't walk through them alone at night tho as often has homeless people etc but they are relatively safe and well policed and have good lighting. Lots of bats flying around in summertime. Worth a visit.
