Awful customer service from the optical team, there was literally no customer and 3 staff and though they fail to entertain customer. Hardly they were willing to show the frames in the cupboards
Rude staff. No compassion. Had to wait 4 hours for a Nexium...
Did not stock what I was looking for, but I still received some really helpful advice from staff that were still happy to help me. Lovely people.
I've purchased all my glasses from here and Skye has helped with last 2.Shes so bubbly, I feel comfortable trying on frames. She made sure I was satisfied before making any decisions and took the time to help me understand my options and what she recommended for me.I shopped there a few weeks later with a friend, Skye was the only one to approach us again.. The blonde manager has never seemed interested.
Need to lower prices. Especially considering theyre only metres from Chemist Warehouse and Priceline.
