I really cannot speak more highly of Paul and his team....I think I have met most of them by now as a result of a very tricky water leak at my property (that ended up not even coming from my own pipes, which made it a very difficult job indeed!). Everyone that was called out was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. All the plumbers were efficient and utilised the time in a way that showed how hard they worked to get the job done to minimise cost to me, but also ensure the problem was correctly identified and fixed.I also had them install my hot water service which was a smooth and stress free quote and installation process. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber, as I cannot fault their service.
Paul came out on a late Saturday arvo. When I spoke to him he was polite and gave me a price on arrival. There were no hidden costs and the price he gave me was the price I paid at the end. Super polite and showed me the blockage with his camera. He was extremely thorough with his work and I was happy to pay for the service.Good work mate
I called Paul from ABA plumbing to help replace my hot water unit. I told him that another company came out and said it needed replacing. On the phone he said that it doesn't sound like a replacement and that he could come to site to repair. One of his plumbers arrived on time and advised that a thermostat needed replacing and only cost $180.00 I couldn't believe it considering i nearly paid $3000 for a new tank with another company. Paul and his team were so friendly. Paul your workers are your biggest asset :) I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.

Called the plumber to fix the gas hot water, and was told the diaphragm needed to be replaced, but was charged $300 for a 5cm in diagram rubber diaphragm sold for between $6 and $20 in retails when I checked online on the spot. After some negotiation they did reduce the labour cost from $100 to $50. Just can't understand the logic for such monstrous discrepancy between what they charge and what the actual cost of this particular part. However Ben the plumber was quite friendly and pleasant in manners.BTW the owner's response below to my above review is so untrue! They didn't replace the whole kit (filters, gaskets), the rubber diaphragme was the only part replaced. That was why I found $300 so unreasonable and subsequently wrote a poor review. I witnessed the whole fixing precess. By giving such reply with the false claim of the services they didn't provide, the owner just wanted to create a wrong impression that their charge was reasonable. I found such dishonesty is worse than their overcharging in the first place.
