Excellent product, service and price. Rented two carbon framed road bikes. The staff provided excellent service in fitting and preparation. The price was good. One thought. Maybe authorize the credit card for the deposit rather than actually charge it to the card. The foreign currency rate is different for refunds than for purchases. In our case that amount to just over $30 difference.
I am an interstate visitor. Here to see the TdU. Well I called in today with a rear derailleur playing up. My thoughts were that the change cable was on the way out. It was. An easy fix. However, my steering head had also shaken loose in the last 24hrs, turned out I had a cracked steerer (the top part of your forks). A serious, life threatening accident waiting to happen, thankfully picked up by the mechanic and the forks replaced. You can not believe how good the bike handles now. Thank you for saving my life Justin.
Hi guys, I am very pleased with your shop. I am impressed I had the occasion during the TDU. to need urgent repairs to my partner's bike. I rang and Jack said bring it in if it's not to bad we can do it. Completed job well done. I was that impressed on my way out of Adelaide after TDU Monday dropped back in with my bike.
