So incredibly impressed with the service we received when purchasing our two bikes. They were extremely friendly and answered all our questions with the ease of true professionals. Absolutely adore my new bike and am so excited to take it on many adventures! Would definitely recommend buying a bike through these guys, was an awesome experience!
Purchased a couple of Urban X3's in 2017 and could not be happier with the bike's performance and backup service of the new shop and staff. Hard to find a better value for money commuter bike IMO! Very good product and staff
Had a great experience buying a new road bike here on 28/12/18There was one guy on staff who was fairly swamped when I arrived but he quickly worked through the queue but still addressed all concerns.He fitted me correctly to the bike making sure it is comfortable, and allowed me as much time to test-ride as I needed.I don't know much about road bikes so I had many stupid questions, but didn't feel like I was being talked down to at all - the guy was as friendly and considerate as they come.Very happy with my new Falco Sport, looking forward to covering many a mile.Cheers
Really good service and great value bikes! Got served by one of your awesome staff members Darren on the weekend, who fitted me up for a road bike. He insisted that the bike I was looking at was not my size, which was really good rather than just getting me on the bike and out of there. So I ordered and was given a time frame of when to expect it and went in on that date to see if it was ready. The bike was only just delivered and hadn't been assembled, but they managed to smash it out by the end of the day. Really great customer assistance from the guys here. Also to all the hardcore cyclists that bag out Reid on here, their bikes are the best bang for your buck ever. Quality parts, good frames all built well. If you want a carbon fibre super bike then why don't you remortgage your house and get one....
