Thanks Julius for getting rid of that big brown spider that decided to hide in the crevices under my car's bonnet. It was quickly removed while I waited and he showed me the evidence after- RIP spider. Price paid was reasonable. I recommend his business and will be back when my car needs a clean.
Well, there are some bitter people out there with racism and grammar problems. It's not too hard to actually go back and say whatever you need rather than carry out a forensic review hunched over your computer at home. Even if you need a mechanic to lift the bonnet you can Still go back to source and ask for another go. Pretty easy. For me, I took the wife's car in, they cleaned it well and then spent quite a lot of time helping me get our over-complicated under-reliable prestige vehicle started thanks to johnny foreigner electronics: looks great thanks to these nice people so mummy will be happy - job done and thanks again!
It was a year ago since i came to this wash place, i asked for a full detail, cut & polish and importantly wanted a steam clean of motor, for a pre sale wash, the people who could understand me were polite etc, but when i got my car back and drove it home, i quickly found out i should have looked at it there, my mistake. Well it didn't get a cut & polish, it got a hand polish, which was passable, but nothing like a cut& polish finish, and the other main item i wanted done, was a steam clean !!!, when i opened my bonnet, the motor had not had any attempt at steam clean, it was just wiped over in some areas, can't recall my quote, but from memory it was $240 or in that vicinity. So as Chloe also said, if you don't have the equipment or expertise to steam clean a motor !! WHY charge for it !!?, ditto with the cut & polish. I would not be surprised if the business owners were not aware what a Steam Clean was??, as i did not see a high pressure steam cleaner, or the recycle pit for the run off. And likewise, the Cut& Polish, i don't think at that time( may know now) they were aware what it was, and that you can have a range of cuts, from 1, 2,3,4, are the general cuts, but i think it can go on from there also. But, i blame myself for not checking before i left, but you do like to think you have got what you paid for. In reality i brougjt in a clean car, and got a hand polish, and a little wipe of a couple of areas on my motor. So it was in reality , at best , a$100-120, so i was way overcharged for a non steam clean or cut !!?. No problem with the owners, maybe an issue with getting across the correct information.
Great Service. $22 outside only handwash.
I asked for the 'Full Interior Clean'. Such a lovely team. The lady who I dealt with from the get go was polite and very accommodating. I left my car in their hands and it came back better than I imagined. The team as a whole were very friendly and their work fantastic. I had a lot of stains on the interior of my roof (thanks to not having a bicycle rack) which they did a great job of removing. I would highly recommend and would come here again if I needed to.
