Overall can't complain when you have only 5 min to wash your car
Lazy stuff, don't wait until you put your car to neutral than argue and blame you. There is plenty of other ...look somewhere else.
Regular weekly customer. Patrick stuffed up my booking and turned me away without so much as an apology. There is a real sense of laziness amount the cleaning staff which is a massive change from the way it used to be only a year ago. We wont be filling up or using full valet service any longer. Very disappointing. Zero idea of customer service.
Second time disappointed..convenient location but the quality and indifferent attitude of staff at the wash is disappointing. Wheels were not clean, bird droppings still on windscreen and no shine. Not worth.
After not even 5 hours of my windscreen being covered in bird droppings their high pressure hoses would not get it off, nor did scrubbing with the brush. Waste of money.
