Super easy to pay upfront online and use ur card to enter and exit. On hot days just wish the bus was running more often. Otherwise a great easy experience
Excellent service, easy to book online, car park relatively close, was 5 of us so much easier than trying to book a reliable people mover and much cheaper than two cabs
It is so easy to park and ride the shuttle or walk to airport. I find it convenient to have car ready to go when we are.
Great service, value for money and very convenient. I've used it a few times now. They just need to provide more directional signage and replace a sun damaged screen at the exit point of pay. Highly recommend. Addition - Just read thru a lot of the reviews and there's a few mentioning the signage. Why hasn't it been addressed? It was 40 in Adelaide today. So glad I didn't take a wrong turn and have to do another lap. Whew!
First time I have parked at Adelaide Long term parking and was pleasantly surprised at the ease and location. it was so close (10 min walk max) that I didn't need to wait for the shuttle. I would recommend paying in advance online so all you need to do is scan the card you paid with when you enter and exit the lot. So easy. Only think I would note for next time is that the sidewalk around the lots are not that wide and bumpy brick paving that made rolling my bag a bit of a struggle in parts. I would recommend walking inside the lot until you get to the far corner and then jump on the sidewalk. There are people exit points on the sides and corners of the lots.
