Very well located carpark in heart of city, easy to negotiate and typical charges.

It's just a car park. Cleaner and newer than many others nearby. The myer centre lifts are verrryyy slow. Take your ticket with you to pay at a machine before you get back to your car. Good for short trips. Longs stay (3+ hrs) can cost a lot (like more than $25)

I was with my friend. We were going to the car but i use a walking frame. Its really not safe once you get out of the luft you need to go down a steep area I didnt feel safe at all. Maybe you should think about making it accessible. Because to be quite honest with you its rather unsafe. Too steep with a walking frame. Just my opinion

The faulty towers of car parks in AdelaideThe Good- Extra wide car parks- convenienceThe bad.- Boom gates always broken in the morning- The camera recognition for early bird always captures the wrong number plate. So it tries to slug you the full daily rate at $35- then having to wait to get let through after having the error reversed which takes up to 5 minutes. They really should make it more seamless and do away with the cameras and early bird from level C2 down.

Absolutely discussed by my recent experience at the car park. We went on a Saturday evening entered at 4:53pm attracted by the big sign (night fee flat $8, enter after 4pm and exit by close same day) displayed on the corner of N. Terrace and Stephens Place. As we came back around 8pm we could not find an entrance to get in. We took the only chance... following a car (roller door opened as the driver took a ticket from the ticket machine) with my husband pushing one pram each... and finally got in. Fees meant to be $8 but was $22. After argued with the security through speaker phone, still advised to pay the $22 and go back another day to ask for refund. When I went back, a car park officer told me car park was closed at 5:30pm that Saturday, and the closing time was displayed on such such road and the drive way where we drove in. There's no such sighs I could see. .. and as entering such tight entrance who would know to look at the closing time on the guardrail? I sent an email to the general manager as suggested, but received no reply... If a car park was so call closed at 5:30pm, how come another car could still enter at around 8pm. I still could not understand the $22 charge was $8 night fee + next day parking fees... while we entered at 4:53pm and exit at 8:33pm...
