Booked online for a date and time that suited. Just happened to email to confirm price / Bupa status when I was informed that Ann was on an RDO and hadn't bothered updating the online booking system to reflect. So I would've turned up and the place would have been closed. If you're going to this clinic definitely recommend calling to book your appointment rather than using their online system as they obviously don't bother to keep it up to date.
