Apparently Australia Post now make you pay for weight you don't use/have. Even though staff weigh the boxes, a weight can now be made up by them and they can guess the weight depending on the box size and charge you more. Terrible way of making money off small businesses!!

They didn't give me the tracking no, and the worse thing is that this item hasn't been received and we didn't know where it is. The manager said they always attach the tracking number to customers' receipts, after they looked at CCtV, they said they thought I will do it.....
There is an Asian staff member who is very arrogant and impatiently to me (I'm chinese btw), but then when she serve local customers her attitude suddenly became polite and friendly to them. Just disgusting.
Service not very consistent. Mostly it good but occasionally you get the run around with parcel pickup. Plus the usual issue with all Australia post outlets that they aren't focused on their key business. Waiting for bill payers and passport photos when you just want pay for postage is frustrating.
