WARNING- They promise the world but deliver far from it. We went on a tour and were interested in a warehouse. When it came to signing the lease, they wanted us to agree that they would take no responsibility for the structure of the premise or safety. They further insult me for questioning this. Their lack of communication, inability to confirm any updates is frustrating and a complete waste of our time. I would be very careful in signing any leases from this agency as there are a lot of loop holes and they are not trustworthy agents. When I questioned the lease they cancelled my contract. I wasted 3 weeks on this.
Trash at everything, my disabled 4 year old son could manage my property better. Here he is last Tuesday at daycare. Can't wait for him to manage my property instead of Mastracorp. Not happy! - Georgia x

Mastrangelo who started operations under the banner of CENTURY 21REAL ESTATE.Mr & Mrs Mastrangelo are so pasionate about the real estate and the business they have built over the years that eventually all three of their son's completed University Degrees with in the Real Estate portfolio and have joined their parent's at Mastracorp as qualified real estate agents.This action alone will some up the dedication and resiliance as well as the determination to evolve over the years.Today they are not just a real estate agency they are the market leaders as I'm concearned and Pasquale didn't just happen to be there he has literally made a name for him self as someone that will back over backwards to make you happy and also someone that will speak his mind and a Gentleman who doesn't hide behind anyone or send correspondance through his staff, good or bad he will be the one to handle that query for you and if he's promissed to do something he will get it done you can rest assured.We run a cleaning company and deal with Mastracorp on a dayly basis for a number of years now and can tell you that I have never met a bloke that is more genuine, honest and respectfull in my life and best of all Mastrangelo's Pay their invoices on time and every time.Mastrangelo's are not the only people there they also employ others who like them love their work and achieve results who also will give you the time and listen to what you want and need and it's all done with a smile .For these reasons I rate this business 5 STARS they really do deserve them and I just hope that others in the industry adopt the business attitude that Mastracorp has been implementing for decades now it's a Bussiness plan for the future !!! Give them a call You will be pleasantly surprised that I can guarrantee everyone out there.We are all quick to leave a negative remark as feedback but we allway's fail to leave a feedback in support and gratitude !
It's been a very bad experience for one of my business associates with setting up their office.My business isn't able to operate and market it's services properly as my suppliers office isn't being attended to by Mastracorp.They had no power for 2 weeks, and they are not helping them with their current wifi difficulties.Horrible service. Horrible systems and shocking customer service/experience.
Lack of systems and follow ups have lead to a poor overall experience. Too much time has been wasted and I need to remind their admin team of things multiple times before anything happens. I just hope my matters get solved and worked on so I don't need to continue gettinginvolved with Mastracorp and issues that I face with using their service. Ive wasted alot of time with little prevail. Days turn into weeks which means lost revenue and lost days of work. Not a happy experience & I hope I don't face this level of unprofessionalism again. Matters that should have been solved within a matter of hours get dragged on for days, sometimes weeks. Overall: I wouldn't recommend my family or close business associates to use the service here as they'd get treated poorly and the bad service would reflect negatively on me. Frustration leads to second chances, which leads to further frustration and then resentment which I am at now.
