This place is clean and the staff are friendly four stars because it is on the expensive side, however I would recommend.
I can only imagine the people who gave positive reviews have never had a real Thai massage. Having had hundreds, in Thailand and Australia, the one thing this place does not do is give Thai massages. I booked one on Sunday and within 15 minutes had to stop the person, who, at best was giving what can best be called a "Random Prodding" massage (not a Thai technique I'm familiar with). They offered another person to replace, however only for the remaining time. I asked for a refund. They offered a gift voucher to which I said it's not worth it if it is going to be the same kind of massage. They promised if I came back the next day, they would arrange for their best person (why they gave their worst person to someone who asked if it was a real Thai massage and explained he had many I don't know). I said OK (always prepared to give a second chance). Big mistake. If I had come in for a Swedish massage that is trying to be a Thai massage I would be happy (if it was a dish, it would be Satay meatballs - not a bad dish - just not the one I ordered). However, they promised me their best Thai massage person and this was at best a 5/10 for a normal massage and a 0/10 for a Thai massage. If you just want a massage and don't care if it's Thai or not, give them a shot. If you want a Thai massage, go somewhere else.
