Easy to access, right in the centre of the city. Longer working hours, opens from 12 am in the morning till 9pm. But issue with parking.
Just had the worse customer service ever provided by the cashier Maria and the store manager, which unfortunately I couldnt get the name as he was so rude, quick and didnt even look at me when speaking. A sealed package with 12 x 1,25l of water was marked $4 and something. Hence the price tag was in the package covering all the bottles, it was not in each bottle. I got it and when scanning Maria kept saying its impossible all these bottles for this price. It took forever for the manager to show up to clear the situation, when he finally came he didnt even bother to explain, just said :sorry, this is the price per unit, you wont take it for $4.The shop should be responsible for marking the hole package with the individual price. I demand to have a response ASAP. You can check todays cctv 5.15pm to 5.30pm, Bay #7. Im sure the customer service and protection is by my side and the store employees neglected my rights.
Michael Snoswell, the side entrance doors from the market side have been closed permanently because people were walking out through there with items not paid for, (stealing) - they are not closed because of the redevelopment of the market arcade at all + you don't have to go around to the Grote Street entrance, you can still come in from the market side along the hall way, except on Sundays and Public Holidays, I reckon it's the best Coles Supermarket in all of Adelaide, please try to use your brain a bit better, Mr. Snoswell, Cheers
Duty manager (works late night) named Matthew suddenly started SCREAMING at the security guard who was on duty for being on their phone (I saw him take it out of his jacket in and put it in his pocket and that is all). I was absolutely appalled, along with several other customers who were directly between Matthew and the guard when he decided to obnoxiously yell. Does not deserve to have the responsibility of managing others in a store where customer care is KEY. Pathetic.
It's in the city and it is very close to my place. The best thing about Coles is, it is open after midnight. Sometimes I have work in the day time so can't really go and shop. You can find most of the items but some of the brands are missing. I don't know if it is because they don't have enough room or what? But certainly a great place to shop.
