Beautiful bar in the heart of the city. Cocktails are original, though some have questionable taste (though taste is subjective). Service is friendly though very slow. It is worth stopping by if in the area, but I would not go out of the way to come there.
Beware when using your Debit card here on Paywave...we were charged 1.26% even though it is a debit card and not a credit card. Thankyou to the barman who apologized and rectified the situation but thumbs down to the barman who shrugged his shoulders and said "I just work here " Not sure of the legality of a surcharge on a debit card but judging on how much The Collins Bar charges for drinks it surely has been factored in already.
