Phone unanswered, rude reception staff, and Doctor uninterested in care - he shuffled us out to the reception as we were asking questions because the girls at the front would give more information and not him (not because another patient was waiting, because he didn't think it was worth his time, and the receptionist said that to us when we asked why).
