I want to give 0 star. I gave it a bad rating because I had to wait more than 40 minutes twice. In one case, I booked the first session of the afternoon, but after waiting for an hour, I saw the doctor come in and immediately called my name. During this time, I asked the receptionist if the doctor was there and could you confirm it for me. Unfortunately, they only emphasized that the doctor was treating. That's a wasted hour. I understand the doctor is busy, but I'd like to know the truth. So I will never see a doctor here again because it is bureaucratic and dishonest
Dr. Louise Stranks is terrible Dr. never go to her. She will insult you! She has insulated me by commenting out of no where your baby is mistake. Isnt it?! ( Im pregnant ) while I was discussing antibiotic for my stomachs bug. She is total racist who only think about getting money from patient and treat them like a dog by commenting whatever she likes in her practice. Be AWARE!! of this woman!! Dont forget recording consultation with this woman. NEVER GO TO HER!!
My wife sees Dr Cheng Chen, she forgets appointment all the time. Dr. Chen knows it and waved her many missed appointments fee. He is very respectful towards his patients and always smile and prescribe the best med for the patients. We strongly recommend him.
Staff are eager to help with reserved appointments and knowledgeable doctors. Vaccinations and pre-course injections a specialty. Low costs here are important.This mostly serves students and staff but all-comers are welcome. Usually a busy place.
Dr Chang Chen is very good doctor. He knows what his patient symptom and signs well and prescribe the right and best medication. I have been with this doctor for a few years he has been very empathetic and very accurate in diagnosing.
