Terrible. Sonographer told us to take a slip if paper to the receptionist and then we were free to leave. Receptionist demand to know what we were "quoted". I told him what the sonographer told me. He replied "NO I AM THE ONE WHO TELLS YOU THAT YOU ARE FREE TO LEAVE" (yes actually shouting at me for daring to relay the conversation) and then obviously made up his own charges. Get it together.
The lady that does the ultrasounds is so rude, very cold person. Clueless
Helpful professional staff at the Wakefield who balanced the very heavy demands on their services. The specialists were excellent.
Huge waiting time - an hour past appointment. Will definitely not be going there again if I had a choice.
