This hotel was almost perfect, especially for the price, as all the amenities were amazing and the air conditioning was amazing on those 40 degree days. But they have this sign that you put on your bed if you don't need the sheets to be changed, which is amazing for the environment and we did use it, but one day we decided we needed to change the sheets so we don't put the sign and they still made the beds using the same sheets.But this was only a minor inconvenience so I would still return if I ever travel to Adelaide again and definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Adelaide CBD.
Good location, out of the busiest part of town - so quiet enough without being too far from the nightlife. The room was a deluxe room which could have had a little more for the money to be honest. The service received was great. The staff were friendly and prompt.
Friendly and helpful staff. My family was allowed early check-in. As such we were able to visit Botanic Garden right away. The staff also arranged my transport to the airport in the early morning upon checking out. Thanks to the efficient staff. We will definitely come back to stay for our next visit.
Nice location, walking distance from many restaurants. The rooms need improvement in the floor as they seems to be timber and making a lot of noise when walking. I could here people walking on the floor above during day and night times. The service was good and the room was clean.
It's a good no frill option. No restaurant. Good spacious rooms. Location is great. Can be reached by tram. 20 minutes from Adelaide airport. Inexpensive.
