Booked online to avoid hassle. No spaces with in alloted time. Went to level 7 and did not know it was restricted area. Could not get out as boomgates were there. Called intercom and explained situation. Lady was irritable and asked to take car back. Not safe exiting through the entry. She was annoyed and did not want to listen. Asked another driver for help who kindly offered to watch for entering vehicles while i exited. Poor customer service.
Unable to get either credit card to be read. No response from help line. Eventually rand their 1300 number waited a long time entered credit card manually over the phone then had to ring up again to get boom gate lifted. Tried to lodge a complaint over the phone without success.
Boom gates are often not working (up) and people drive in and then you can't get exit. Several times it has taken 30 minutes to exit the car park. Gone down hill dramatically over the past year.
Used to have a pre payed park. Management ended up putting cleaners car in my bay carpark multiple times. Leading me to take other persons park at their advice. Not professional for a business. Manned office on site, lies. I had to call on occasions due to various issues. One point I ended up blocking the cleaners car in my bay till I finished work. I shouldnt have to take another's park because their management can't manage/count how many parks they have. Gave up on their poor management of this carpark.You can get a better carpark elsewhere for sure.
Notorious for casual parkers to take reserved bays.
