The sergeant on duty christmas day 2016 knowingly provided false information to a magistrate, altered documents with liquid paper after their completion and Constables Bayne and Turner potentially maliciously prosecuted contrary to evidence, and ignored a greater body of evidence that indicated the complainant was lying. Seems Port Adelaide police come up every time there is a case of serious police misconduct. Its time the South Australian public start considering the need for an external enquiry with the powers of a Royal Commission to enquire into the actions of SAPOL. Starting with Port Adelaide as they seem to be a hot spot for misconduct and corruption.
