Staying in Adelaide for the football and wasn't sure what to do for lunch. Almost stumbled upon Press* and couldn't have been luckier. Every item on the tasting menu was delicious - thoughtfully prepared and a beautiful combination of flavour and texture. Would return without question.
Press* is a perfect example of how cost and quality are not mutually exclusive. The food is good, but not great, and certainly not worth the price. Pinch above your average pub meal, but pub meals aren't $35.Having said that, I'm not one to get upset over wealthy peoples poor spending habits, Glad someone is taking advantage of them.
3 course feed us lunch option on a Saturday. They gave us the option of 3 savoury over 2 savoury + 1 dessert. Did not have to think about the food. They hit the nail on the head for the 3 courses. Would not hesitate to return.
Brilliant food and great wait staff. If your looking for a place to meet and sit with friends in an informal environment and enjoy 5 star food. Don't go past this place.
You won't find a better eating house in Adelaide. Rare these days to have a faultless dining experience.Staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Food absolutely first class and wine cellar stocked with the best Adelaide has to offer.Outstanding!!!
