I hired an SUV to drive for the day, i booked online and picked up the car at Hindley Street office. They were very helpful and made it all easy to understand by explaining everything clearly to me. Their hire prices were cheaper than some others as well.
Brand new car, broke down 200kms into 4000km weekend trip. I paid for roadside and coverage, had to have partner come pick me up from remote area as they towed car and left me without anything.. paid for my own accommodation, never again.. also they tried to blame me for it, was factory fault and tried to hold my deposit until I demanded they do their job and process it.Bad experience.... Pay extra to cover yourself and still they did nothing... Typical industry
